The submission process is based on a single, centralized Google form for the entire series of events. 

You do not need to submit a paper to participate in the events, and you have the option to participate in all sessions, even without presenting a paper. But, for that, you need to register at the event you wish to participate in. 

The registration process (both for presenters and non-presenters) is separate for each edition. Each event in the series will require a separate registration procedure. 

When you register, please indicate whether you intend to participate in the face-to-face activities as well or only in the remote sessions.

Para se inscrever no segundo evento, no Brasil, em Maio de 2024, clique aqui. The registration costs 50 Brazilian Reais.

Note: The event fees do not include accommodation and other travel expenses. However,all participants who register and pay the respective registration fee will be entitled to a certificate, to be sent by e-mail after the event.
